STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open brush editor and try to adjust horizontal/vertical fade parameter

OBSERVED RESULT
It has no effect. The brush doesn't change. 
* In order for it to take effect I need to tweak other parameters after.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should work.

This regression is also present in the krita/5.0 branch, but not in Krita 5.0.2

Sorry, no, that's wrong. It's not present in the 5.0 branch.

It's fixed in yesterday's nightly.
