Summary
When responding to a received Email the software is changing the original format and put the pointer at the bottom of the Email not closer the latest Email of the Email chain.

When responding to a received Email the software is changing the original format and put the pointer at the bottom of the Email not closer the latest Email of the Email chain.
Format change:
    The software is adding 'end line controls' to the existing one creating empty lines between lines destroying the 
     original format and making the email really difficult to read.
Cursour pointer:
     The software put the cursour pointer at the end of the Email chain and not at the top where you have the most recent 
     message you want to answer.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. for a received EMail - clic on 'Respond to'
2. pointer takes you to the bottom of the EMail and creates a lot of additionnal 'line return' and therefore empty lines
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT


EXPECTED RESULT
- don't modify the existing format of the EMail you answer
- Put the cursour pointer at the top of the message body
