STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. open an image 2. zoom in until the image is no longer entirely visible 3. try to see the non-visible parts of the zoomed image using a touchscreen (try to drag the zoomed image) OBSERVED RESULT we can not make non-visible parts of a zoomed image visible because we can not drag with the touchscreen EXPECTED RESULT we are able to make non-visible parts of a zommed image visible using a touchscreen SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.80 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.92.0 Qt Version: 5.15.3 Graphics Platform: Wayland
