SUMMARY

Not sure whether this is a KWin Wayland or OBS issue.

There are two screens, A and B and wlog screen "A" was recorded via pipewire, including the cursor.

As long as the cursor was somewhere on "A", it was correctly mapped in the OBS recording.
However, once it were on "B", instead of no cursor being shown in the recording, the cursor started to jump from the edge, where it left the screen "B", to somewhere the center just to start running again to the same edge, and so on.

Please see the screen recording. (Sorry for the mirror-in-mirror effect, I had used OBS to record OBS).

Recording v2

Maybe this recording makes it clearer. It just shows the recorded screen "A".

This has been fixed, I think for 5.25. It's definitely not happening in 5.26 anymore
