You can actually see, that all colors change depending on the accent color. Just the color of the circle charts do not change.
The current situation is a bit confusing, basically what happens is that when there are no explicit colours in the config file, the colours are generated based on the current highlight colour. This usually happens when the chart is shown for the first time, but may also happen in other situations. I'd personally actually would want to make this a bit more explicit and have the default behaviour be that it always generates based on the current colour. This would actually mean the charts support setting accent colour. UI wise this might be a bit tricky though, since we currently only have a small box for colour selection.
