as stated in the summary, whenever I use my pencil brush, the brush will crash krita whenever I click or Right-click on it

Open Krita, click on the help menu, click on the Report Bug entry. In that dialog there's a large text field with information about your system. Select everything, copy it and paste it in this bug report.
