See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Plug latest KDE neon live usb and go into desktop 2. Execute lsblk in terminal. nvme0 (crucial P5) is detected along with another nvme1 (WD SN550) and rest of drives. 3. Run installation process, then on the partition screen only nvme1 and ssd's are detected but nvme0 is missing. OBSERVED RESULT Nvme0 is gone from the system I have to fully shutdown the PC in order to get nvme0 detected again by the computer, If I restart only nvme0 keeps missing. EXPECTED RESULT Able to install KDE neon in nvme0. this drive is in AHCI and I was able to run the install process of manjaro KDE and Kubuntu 21.10 on this drive just fine, so drive isnt faulty. If I install KDE neon in another drives then its fine but again it doenst detect nvme0 once installed. Thank you for your bug report! However this bug report was created/provided previous to 01/01/2023 and also has not received any updates since before 01/01/2025. Unfortunately KDE neon no longer provides updates for anything older than noble 24.04 based edition's. Please upgrade to KDE neon noble and if you can reproduce the issue after upgrading to an active version, feel free to re-open this bug report. Thanks for understanding!
