SUMMARY
Since KDE 5.24 the boot time goes from 10-20 seconds to 5 minutes

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. boot and wait to login
2. it takes 5 minutes

Note that it seems to fail to mount my HOME dir? but it work just fine after boot
