as you can see, text is really ugly

SUMMARY

after installing plasma 5.24, system settings text became very ugly, lagging while scrolling, check the attached image to see it


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install plasma 5.24
2. open system settings
3. scroll, voilà

OBSERVED RESULT
text ugly and lagging

EXPECTED RESULT
text nice and beautiful
