SUMMARY
With the Overview effect open, the content of the main pane flickers whenever the displayed content changes (when window content when I type in KRunner)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Overview effect.
2. Type something in the KRunner search field.
- or -
1. Open a window that changes regularly, such as a browser window with a video.
2. Open Overview effect.

OBSERVED RESULT
The content of the pane flickers upon every visual change (whenever the KRunner search gives changed results, or at every change of window content)

EXPECTED RESULT
The content of the main pane should not flicker.

It appears this is specific to the monitor - on one screen which is attached to a Thunderbolt dock it flickers, on the internal screen of my laptop it does not. The effect behaves similar to bug 449961, so I'm marking this as a duplicate since 449961 is the more general description.
