I have two panels - one full screen width at top and second fat and not at full screen width at bottom. On both, I had task manager. On top showing each desktop, screen and activity window + option to show if window expect attention is enabled. On bottom showing only windows from current desktop and activity with each screen. When the problems occurs, I must restart plasma using Konsole or Krunner. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. 2. 3. OBSERVED RESULT Plasma freezes by infinite changing panel's size. Problem also occur on Plasma 5.23. EXPECTED RESULT Panels fit size to required space. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Possible duplicate is 357500, but it was marked as resolved fixed.

I tries to screenscast, when trying to invoke this bug, but without any result. When bug occurs, I ran OBS by krunner and record my desktop.
