STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock the screen by pressing the Ctrl-Alt-L keyboard combination.
2. Attempt to type in the login password without moving mouse cursor.

OBSERVED RESULT
When the user enters in keyboard input, the password entry field remains invisible and does not appear.

EXPECTED RESULT
When the user enters in keyboard input, the password entry field should appear and accept the received input without having to move the mouse cursor.

I'm afraid Plasma 5.18 LTS is no longer supported, as we just released a new LTS version - Plasma 5.24. It's already fixed in that version.
