STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start playing video
2. Change volume to some value
3. Pause video
4. Resume playing video

OBSERVED RESULT
Volume is changed, usually to 100%

EXPECTED RESULT
Volume stays at chosen value

Similar thing happens when I start playing new video, it also chooses to raise volume for new ones.
