SUMMARY
Unable to change and use shortcuts after installation candidate on Kubuntu from snap packages. Version, installed from apt-get, doesn't have such problem.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install.
2. Press Configure->Shortcuts->Capture Rectangular Region->Custom
3. Click the field to enter shortcut, press any shortcut.

OBSERVED RESULT
Shortcut field is reset to None

EXPECTED RESULT
Shortcut field should contain shortcut value

I guess global shortcuts don't work with Snap?
