SUMMARY Currently, you click "Install" to install an application. However, it would be really great to first select the applications to be installed with checkbox and then proceed installing. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open up Discover. 2. Choose a package. 3. Click "Install" button. OBSERVED RESULT Wait for it to finish if the package is provided by official distribution repositories. EXPECTED RESULT Choose packages to be installed first, then proceed installing at once. thanks for confirming it. Lets see if developers agrees the idea for future releases.
You don't need to wait for an application to be installed to look for the next one. Why would you delay it?
Is suggesting synaptic style installation. Where you can selected a bunch of applications and finally install them in one go.
I'd like that too :+1:
Let me insist, why is it different/better to do it later on in one go than to do it while you browse?
Hello, I don't want to interfere but right now, when you click to install an app, it does it in the background, it is very clean. It works fine for me. I would vote to expend the developers time in something more critical. Regards
