SUMMARY
Using the Zoom accessibility desktop effect makes the cursor invisible.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate the Zoom desktop effect
2. Zoom in
3. Zoom out

OBSERVED RESULT
Mouse pointer disappears and only shows up again if zooming in again, but stays hidden when fully zoomed out.

EXPECTED RESULT
Mouse pointer not disappearing.
