Could be Bug 422111.

1. Do you have a laptop with batteries?
2. When you add the applet manually as a separate widget, does the widget say, "No batteries available"? Can you attach a screenshot of how it looks?
3. Does it appear again if you manually restart plasmashell with `plasmashell --replace` in a terminal window?

No it is a desktop.
I use this widget displayed in the systray bar, because sometime randomly "lock screen" and "screen saver" features are not disabled when viewing a video. thus I can access easily with kdeconnect remote control to this wiget for disable "lock screen" and "screen saver" features"

The separate applet says nothing. See the capture.

In that screenshot, everything looks fine to me. Can you clarify what the bug is?

Fixed by executing "plasmashell --replace"
