SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. launch info center
2. go to "graphics"
3. select "opengl (EGL)

OBSERVED RESULT

you get an error message : "the executable eglinfo could not be found in $PATH""

EXPECTED RESULT

you get EGL info

"eglinfo" is a part of Mesa-demos and you must install it 

What distribution do you use?

This is a packaging issue, please report it to your distribution

I installed mesa-demos package => same problem
/usr/lib64/mesa-demos/egl/opengl/eglinfo

as displayed in "platform field" openSUSE 15.3
