Are you using WinTab or Windows Ink in Krita?

Windows Ink,actually ,wintab has no pressure in Krita with surface pen, and the eraser function on Surface Pen won't work either if I use wintab

Tentatively marking as duplicate, but to be clear I cannot reproduce it with Windows Ink on my Surface Pro 2017.
