xbel-1.0.xsl

The attached XSL script converts XBEL into HTML.

1) Rename FILENAME.xbel into FILENAME.xml
2) Below first line <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
3) Add <?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="xbel-1.0.xsl"?>
4) Open XML file

I suggest to store and also export as XBEL.

buku also utilizes XBEL.
