(According to the binary factory, the last successfully built version of Dolphin is 21.04.3

I'd like to request that Dolphin have packaging support for the Chocolatey package manager:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Chocolatey
2. choco install dolphinfm or choco install dolphin-fm
3. *no package available*

OBSERVED RESULT

Dolphin isn't available to install via the Chocolatey package manager

DESIRED RESULT

Dolphin to be available via the Chocolatey package manager
