SUMMARY
No way to change user settings, nether email, nor avatar.
Error: Could not get permissions ti save user xxxx



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Settings
2. Pick Users
3. change email address

OBSERVED RESULT
Could not get permissions to save

EXPECTED RESULT
Change should be saved

Linux/KDE Plasma:  Arch Linux
