STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. It is easy create a linux file system drive partition with btrfs or xfs or ext4/3/2 and try to use this partition you can't use create folder or copy files it it is under root privilege so it easy to solve by $sudo chown user:user /mnt/my/drivea

OBSERVED RESULT
Need a gui to solve this issue and a proper error massage so a starter kde user don't have to find ans online it is frustrating.
