Push Meta+Shift+Tab 3. While holding Meta+Shift, continue to press Tab in order to walk through OBSERVED RESULT It does not walk through. It only goes one step and won't go further. I have to release Meta+Shift and press Meta+Shift+Tab again. EXPECTED RESULT It should work the same as Meta+Tab, just in the opposite direction. Alt+Shift+Tab works as expected.
Seems to be related to handling of Backtab key.

I'm seeing the same. Fedora 38 pre-beta KDE Plasma 5.27.2 KDE Frameworks 5.103.0 Qt 5.15.8 Linux 6.2.2 Let me know if there's anything additional that would be helpful.

I can confirm that the issue is not present when I use a US only layout.
This works for me now too, once I manually set "walk through windows (reverse)" to meta+shift+tab.
