SUMMARY
I am using a Waccrom. The pen works fine with any other feature, even when having to open existing files on Krita. But when it comes to drawing where I point the pen, it doesn't paint there it paints above it by a good margin.

This isn't a bug in Krita, it's most likely a bug in the Wacom driver, especially if you also have an expresskey remote.
