STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Try to change username or him avatar
3. Click "Apply"

OBSERVED RESULT
org.freedesktop.Accounts.Error.PermissionDenied" "Authentication is required"
Error message on settings page: could not get permission to save user %username%

EXPECTED RESULT
Username (avatar) is changed
