File dialogue - headers "Name", "Size" etc. cannot be resized by mouse

In the dialogue to open or save a file in Okular (screenshot attached) the columns cannot be manually resized by clicking and dragging on the separator between columns (this functionality was previously present).

If I resize the entire window the columns do still automatically increase of decrease in size as appropriate.

IIRC this was an intentional change, when they are resizeable the default size of Name column would be either too small or too big ...etc.

I see. The issue is the default _window_ size is such that the Name (and Date) columns are far too small (see new attachment). Is there a way to set the default window size perhaps?
