The Breeze GTK theme hasn't been updated for Plasma 5.23

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any GTK app using Breeze and it uses the old theme

OBSERVED RESULT

GTK apps use old theme

EXPECTED RESULT

GTK apps to use new theme, Are the pictures in /usr/share/themes not been updated?
