smudge brush changing saturation of painting

When using any type of smudge brushes, it changes the colour of the painting. All blend modes are set to normal, I had changed nothing prior to using the brush and alpha channel isn't locked. I recently reinstalled the app, it worked normally before this.

Hi,

You are probably working in CMYK. We already fixed this bug [1], but the fix did not get into Krita 5.0.2, it is however in Krita-Plus (available from the downloads page).
