SUMMARY *** NOTE: If you are reporting a crash, please try to attach a backtrace with debug symbols. See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Launch few apps in order to populate app dashboard recent apps menu 2. Try to launch apps from recent apps menu 3. OBSERVED RESULT Sometimes none of the apps launch, sometimes almost all launch EXPECTED RESULT Apps from recent menu should start when clicked ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I'm having this issues for many months now unable to resolve
I can reproduce this with kickoff, but also only sometimes
Yes, it seems to be happening with all app menus at least for me, the thing is, if you log out and log in, all recent apps that are currently in the list will work, but if you clear all recent apps from the menu, then start some app, wait for it to appear in recent apps list, click on it, for me nothing happens, until i log in again then it will recognize it, as i wrote in other bug report, the output from terminal is: "kf.service.services: KApplicationTrader: mimeType " " not found"
Can't reproduce this issue. I am using : KDE Plasma: 5.27.11 Framework Version: 5.115.0 Qt Version: 5.15.13 Graphical Platform: X11 OS: Kubuntu 24.04 Is this bug still relevant? @xmilosobilic@gmail.com can you still reproduce it?

I'm currently on plasma 6.2.2, but i think i haven't noticed this issue in a long time, still on the same Manjaro Unstable install as before, i guess it can be closed if no one else is having this problem
I can't reproduce it and if you are saying that it you can't either, we can close it.
