STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Systemsettings
2. Change any setting, so that the "apply" button becomes active
3. Press "Alt+A"

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
The "apply" button becomes focused as it does on KDE Neon Testing (Plasma 5.23.90)
