STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to system settings
2. click on "Apperance" -> "Get New Global Themes"
3. Install any theme

OBSERVED RESULT
Error message:
"Installation of /tmp/rKpMgf-Sweet.tar.xz failed: Could not install dependency: 'kns://colorschemes.knsrc/api.kde-look.org/1294011'"

EXPECTED RESULT
Installs the theme
