When changing the "Main layout count" value in the spinbox, the apply button doesn't get enabled, something else .
This also applies to the "Spare layouts" checkbox, which just enables that spinbox.

It's a bit annoying to fix because the spinbox is hooked up directly to kconfig, overwriting the "current" value immediately, and there are references to that all over the place.

... has to be changed to allow saving.
