SUMMARY
Snippets do not load properly after recovering from a crash


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create snippets
2. Cause crash

OBSERVED RESULT
No 'Snippets repository' will exist on load. Closing down normally and reopening kdevelop will bring snippets back

EXPECTED RESULT
Snippets should load properly
