The screen recording explains the issue.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE :-

1. Change the Window Placement from Window Behavior KWin Module to 'Centered'. Default is "Minimal Overlapping".
2. Windows will now open in the center of the screen.
3. Change the Global Theme and the Window Placement position will reset to "Minimal Overlapping". 

OBSERVED RESULT:-

Window Behavior KWin Module forgets the Window Placement position when the Global Theme is changed.

EXPECTED RESULT :-

Window Behavior KWin Module should remember the Window Placement position when the Global Theme is changed.
