STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Installed KDE Neon Testing
2.  Logged into the Wayland session
3.  Changed the scaling from 100% to 200%
4. Opened Konsole

OBSERVED RESULT
Konsole's window was tiny and needed to be resized first, please see the screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
A usable window size.

Hmm, that was supposed to be fixed in Bug 443705...

So it much be Bug 437791, which is still open.
