Okular is excellent. 
The only bug for now :  sometimes the last underline line looks thinner than the rest

Can you confirm this only happens if you undline both lines at the same time? highlighting each line separately gives you the same height on the underline?

I confirm this.  Underlining both lines separately makes both underlines thin.

The commit 894b47409ecbecca8735da63629030e14aa520ca in poppler fixes this issue.
