If I downgrade from plasma beta to plasma stable (archlinux repo), so I came back to kde portal 5.23.5-1, Chrome at least shows the kde screen sharing permissions window, but after I click on share, chrome crashes. I am attaching journalctl logs. Firefox still does not even show the permission window, just does nothing. OBS WORKS though.

The issue you originally described is fixed in 5.24.0 (see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=448423) For Chrome/Firefox not working please report that to Chrome/Firefox
For Chrome crash I already have report here: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1290566. Can you provide same information requested from the original reporter? Do you use NVidia card/driver?

Btw, Firefox works too, don't know why before didn't. Only Chrome has the bug and creashes.
