SUMMARY
** also affects system monitor 5.23.90 (just in the other direction)
ksysguard reports 4.4 GiB used
System monitor reports 5.0GB
free reports 4.6 used + 0.114 shard
top and htop show 4.7
everything looks to be using GiB, yet i have 4 different total usages at the same time

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Look at ram usage in ksysguard and system monitor and get confused
2. Go to terminal for details
3. Read terminal and see my usage is more than ksysguard and less than system monitor, no matter how i do the math
4. User is now confused

OBSERVED RESULT
Now i do not know how much ram i really am using

EXPECTED RESULT
Some level of consistency

ksysguard is no longer maintained, in Plasma 6 there is the Plasma system monitor for this task.

If your issue still happens with the Plasma 6 replacement, please re-open and we can move this bug to the new product, thanks!
