SUMMARY

Add some "fast jumps" between results categories like Applications and Recent Files.

To be honest, the fast that there is such mechanic is a bit strange. I tried all possible combinations: Ctrl+Arrows, Alt+Arrows, Shift+Arrows and even Meta+Arrows (which, unfortunately, caused KRunner's popup to splat over half of the screen).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Search for something common, like "text" or "data", so that there are a lot of results.
2. You that you need the second category's first result, but there are about ten results in the first category, so now you are stuck clicking "Down" key ten times.

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no fast keys navigation through a long list.

EXPECTED RESULT
...but there should be one.

Interesting idea. Not a bad one.

Ctrl+Arrows is what I have resumed working on in https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/merge_requests/2011

Implemented for Plasma 6.3.0 now!
