SUMMARY

When I switch to another tty1, the screen turns black and I can see and move the mouse pointer. Switching to tty2 goes back to the Plasmashell. All other ttys shows the CLI prompt.

I do not have a Reddit account, but I found a comment of a user there, who describes the very same issue. [1]

Maybe it's a duplicate of 448492, though I have never seen it when I re-login.

Please report this issue to SDDM developers. This sounds like a VT issue in SDDM.
