1. Change the theme to Breeze Dark;
2. Go to the KDE Connect app > plugin settings.

I tested this using 24.05.02 (on Tuxedo OS) and 23.08.05 (on Kubuntu 24.04) and found that both use white text when using Breeze Dark. This was likely fixed in the time since this bug report was filed, as there have been no further reports of this. I'm closing this report, but please feel free to reopen it with more information on the specific situation where you still encounter this bug.
