I can reproduce all of those.

I just checked this in Plasma 5.25.5 and the labels seem consistent now. However, all "Tapping" options are disabled (greyed out) in the "via System Settings in sidebar view mode" scenario, but they are enabled when launching via krunner in icon view mode, so there is clearly still inconsistencies here.
Can you reproduce any of them on 5.27? I may be doing it wrong but for me they all seem to produce consistent results now

Oh! I was looking at the wrong options :D Can reproduce now.
Do any of you have a device which supports two finger input?
I do middle-click by tapping with two-fingers.
What appears to happen is that the values aren't getting properly initialized so the behavior becomes random because random memory gets read. :|
