Krita still recognized that I turn to use an eraser of my Wacom Pen but it kept black color, it did not switch to be the eraser. What should I do, please help me When I use Krita in Ubuntu everything is fine but Windows version. It's not just worked.
I believe that this is due to a misunderstanding of how the 'eraser end' of a stylus works in krita. The difference with Windows, compared to Ubuntu, may be the detailed settings of the tablet configuration utility on Windows. Please go to https://krita-artists.org/ (sign up and log in are needed) and create a New Topic in the Beginner's Questions category where you can describe your situation and ask for advice. That forum is a place where you can easily upload screenshots. I'll set this report to Resolved: Not a Bug (but that can be changed later, if needed).
Created attachment 145743 [details] attachment-20211-0.html Thanks for your reply I really appreciate it. I'll check it out. If there any problems with Krita. I'll let you know Best regards On Sat, 22 Jan 2022, 5:56 pm Ahab Greybeard, <bugzilla_noreply@kde.org> wrote: > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=448937 > > Ahab Greybeard <ahab.greybeard@hotmail.co.uk> changed: > > What |Removed |Added > > ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Resolution|--- |NOT A BUG > CC| > |ahab.greybeard@hotmail.co.u > | |k > Status|REPORTED |RESOLVED > > --- Comment #1 from Ahab Greybeard <ahab.greybeard@hotmail.co.uk> --- > I believe that this is due to a misunderstanding of how the 'eraser end' > of a > stylus works in krita. > The difference with Windows, compared to Ubuntu, may be the detailed > settings > of the tablet configuration utility on Windows. > > Please go to https://krita-artists.org/ (sign up and log in are needed) > and > create a New Topic in the Beginner's Questions category where you can > describe > your situation and ask for advice. > That forum is a place where you can easily upload screenshots. > > I'll set this report to Resolved: Not a Bug (but that can be changed > later, if > needed). > > -- > You are receiving this mail because: > You reported the bug.
