SUMMARY
Frequently some times per day the KDE Plasma taskbar, desktop and widgets freeze. The screen edge for opening the Application Launcher and the Application Launchers themselves however work. I can open Dolphin, Firefox works okay and VS Code too. However Plasma does not show any new apps in the taskbar and the ones i close are not removed. So now it is 14:07 a clock here real physical time and the Taskbar still shows 13:06:04.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Just happens.

I see now that the desktop itself (icons & widgets) has unfrozen, i have some vague memories that there were other times when the desktop was unfrozen. The taskbar however is still frozen. Maybe an issue with the taskbar??
