SUMMARY
***
Breeze twilight should be added as an easily selectable theme in quick settings just like Breeze and Breeze Dark, since Breeze Twilight is very similar to the default color scheme for Windows and other DEs (for example cinnamon).

Yes please, I always switch between breeze dark and twilight. hopefully you add this one :)

I also always only switch between "Dark" during night hours and "twilight" during the day.
Going twice to "Appearance" --> "Global Theme" --> "Breeze Twilight" --> "Apply" is cumbersome.

Therefore I'd also appreciate very much if it were possible to define the "bright" and "dark" theme for the quick settings manually.

Looks like it becomes configurable in the future :)

Instead of this, we've added the ability to choose for yourself which Global Themes are shown on the Quick Settings page for Plasma 6.5. Now people who want this can self-satisfy.
