STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Breeze Dark
2. Open Okular
3. Change to Breeze
4. Click on the "annotate button"

OBSERVED RESULT
3. Okular appears with the Breeze's scheme colors
4. The popup "Highlight text" appears, with dark background and dark font, rendering it unreadable.

This can be workaround by restarting Okular.
