SUMMARY

The scrollbars look different in Dolphin compared to the applets: In Dolphin they are wider and have some weird margin on the right side, while for applets they are very narrow.
In Discover they are like Dolphin's but don't have the margin on the right side.

The extra rightmargin you're seeing in that screenshot is a thing specific to that particular window.

The real differences here concern the width: wider for app scrollbars and skinnier for Plasma scrollbars.

We should probably widen the Plasma scrollbars, yeah.
