STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Reboot
2.  Login

OBSERVED RESULT
The loading screen with the animated gear is displayed:

1. scaled with SDDM's scaling factor
2. after a few seconds, the scaling changes to the session's scaling factor


EXPECTED RESULT
It scales directly and only with the session's scaling factor, not causing an annoying flickering.
