Resizing a text field does not wrap text in two or more rows


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make screenshot
2. annotate with text field
3. write a full long sentence
4. change size of the text field (smaller, add space vertically)


OBSERVED RESULT
Text exceeds text box limit

EXPECTED RESULT
Text should wrap lines according the re-sized text field
